The very beginning....
The year is 1882. With a myriad of new inventions such as the dirigible lightning cage, the holoscreen and the hover-propulsor-thrust engine, the world has entered a new golden age of airships and technology.
Zenith "Zeb" Alsafi is a sky pirate navigator gone rogue, carrying a precious cargo he's willing to die for. Santuzza "Sprocket" O'Toole-Testa is an airship mechanic from Boston who marches to the beat of her own drum and has a problem with rules, especially dock Inspector Buchanan. When circumstances force the two of them to form an unlikely alliance, they soon find themselves on the adventure of a lifetime, charting the skies while they race to uncover the answers to an ancient mystery and stop a truly diabolical plan.
