Prologue

I will never go back to school. I will never be famous. I will never go to university or get a job. I won't see my sister grow up. I will never travel the world, learn to drive, fall in love or move out of the house. It's not fair. I don't want to die like this. I want to start living. I want to live before I die.

Phoebe is 17 years old. She is busy dying of aggressive leukemia. But she still has a whole list of things she want to do before that happens.
