Korean-American aspiring sports journalist, Astrid Park, is an international exchange student at the University of London. Finishing up her final year in university, she's already begun interning for a football newspaper called the Football Stage Daily. Being a specialist in the English Premier League, she unexpectedly encounters superstar footballer, Jake Sim who's currently in a slump. Caught in a scandal that could end Jake's career for good, Astrid's life is twisted into the world of football.
