Juliet Rosemary Williams was the adoptive daughter of Laurel Conklin and best friends to Isabel or Belly Conklin and Steven Conklin since childhood. After her parents got into a terrible car accident and died. Juliet always knew about how her mom, Laurel and Susannah Fisher were the bestest of friends but her mom never thought to bring her to the beach house that Susannah and Laurel went to.
