Casting

"Harry," I say.

I feel naked, even though I'm in my pajamas. I realize it's because I'm not wearing a bra. And my pajamas are thin. Harry realizes this too. Compared to me, his messy hair and loosely buttoned shirt look like formal attire.

He looks upset.

"You're dressed indecently." Each letter comes sharply off his tongue, as if to show how fully he means it.

"This is all I have to wear." Because of you, my tone implies.

He looks me up and down, then blinks and looks away, unpeeling his banana.

"We'll have to fix that," he says firmly.
