Logan woke up in an infirmary, with no memories of who was or how he got there. After some interviews with the police and heroes it was discovered that you have a Quirk and a strong one at that. So you were offered an opportunity to enroll in UA High, and in turn you would learn how to use your quirk and perhaps learn more about yourself.
