Welcome to the skyline of NuevaTornio, America's newest city located in the desert of Arizona.

The city was created to solve the water problem of neighboring cities of Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix and San Diego.

The city unfortunately has been a hotspot for crime almost immediately, favouring it's geographical location to the Gulf of California and it's closeness to the USA-Mexico border.

College student Erin is at BuenaVista, the local college where everything goes fine and dandy until it doesn't.

Can she and fellow dorm mate Rydell have a normal school year?
