When a girl is born there is a 100% chance that she is of a race other than human, such as an oni, fairy, vampire, etc... Quirks existed but women get the powerful ones while men get weak quirks or don't have at all. Most of the Pro-Heroes are womens but some mens are often some weak Pro-Heroes or Underground Heroes. Izuku however can be different since he got training to use KI by the Shin, Kibito and the Elder Kai. Follow Izuku as he reach his full potential.
