Dan Howell is a 17 year old who's parents run a flower shop. They're rude, they're judgmental, and they're homophobic. But Dan hasn't come out yet.
Phil Lester is a 19 year old studying to become a tattoo artist like his father. They run the parlor next door to Dan`s flower shop. Phil has come home to visit for the summer. And he's gay.
