When Annie turns eighteen, she gets promoted to a promising job in Onavale, having to work as a slave for 20-year-old Kim Taehyung---the relative of Garnet. She thought he was the most irritating soul to exist, with his arrogant yet cold behaviour, and ethereal beauty. It all annoyed her.
