80 years before Ghostbusters busted ghosts, the Men in Black enforced the galaxy, and the Evil Dead walked the Earth, a mystery brewed in 1947 Hollywood. Toontown has felt peace since the demise of Judge Doom, and private eye Eddie Valiant has been heralded the hero, successfully exonerating famed toon, Roger Rabbit. But Eddie's gain is a loss for three would-be private investigators named Moe, Larry, and Curly (better known as "The Three Stooges"). Starting from rock bottom, the Stooges are soon called to action when bizarre murders - both human and toon - occur, and Eddie Valiant seems to be one of the targets. Can the Stooges be the heroes of this new mystery that's befallen Toontown?
