When the apocalypse hits the city of Seoul it brings a plethora of dangers with it. Follow the lives of seven men as they navigate their new world, all from a different place but all seeking one thing: escape. A gamer, a reporter, a surgeon, a scientist, a bookshop/cafe owner, a kindergarten teacher, and a vigilante. Each with skills of their own, yet each hopelessly trapped in the wreckage of the city that was once their home. Finding each other is their only hope of escape but is it already too late? Rabies Variant 134340 - turns animals into smarter levelled up versions of themselves, they hate humans and will kill without hesitation. Only one man, Kim Taehyung believes that they can be tamed. If any animal with this rabies variant bites you, you automatically become a hybrid of that animal. The degree to which you become that animal varies on how close the bite was to your heart. The closer the faster the spread and you may end up transforming completely if the bite was deep enough, but if it's far away enough you could just end up with ears and a tail. Death Ivy - if you try to eat it or even touch it without the proper thickness of material covering your skin it will get on you causing temporary rash and blisters. But it's real effect is under the surface, it turns you into a meta-human by mutations your genes The soil has been changed on a molecular level , plants are alive, carnivorous . . . and hungry. Silver Fever - A flu/cold like illness involving deadly high fevers, if you survive you become a cyborg. Severe drought ending in acid rains and fogs. When it monsoons acid rain well you better hope you don't forget your wellies, made of steel that is. In a nutshell, anything can kill you, that water, too salty, that tree 's branches will grab you to have as a snack, that cat, don't let it bite. If it couldn't kill you before, it most certainly can now.
