After all, inner strength and courage is not simply found within oneself. It is forged like metal tools from ore, requiring knowledge, care and patience. However, all that is a lot to ask of the average person. Which begs the question, is there any actual hope of ever fixing oneself then? Perhaps, the answer lies in responsibility that does not allow one to give up on themself so easily. It all starts with replacing bad habits with better ones with the help of proper motivation.
