Prologue

Taking place months after the conclusion of the second book, Hiccup, also known as the feared dragon rider the Night Rider is once again in a bloody and ruthless war against a threat to all dragon kind, the Dragon Hunters. After the loss of his father and an unexpected betrayal from a friend, he's determined to fight alone against this threat with only his Night Fury, Toothless by his side.
