After a great injury sustained in a heated soccer match, the High Schooler soccer prodigy Usui Tetsuya, widely feared by others as "The Flying Eagle", his dreams of becoming Japan's top striker shattered into nothing but despair. However, having received a letter from the Japan Football Union (JFU) and fully recovering from his past injuries, is Usui finally able to soar greater heights, reclaiming his previous glory?
