A young villain, infamous for causing disappearances and deaths, becomes a fellow member of the League of Villains. She is commonly known as 'Ghost' by the public or what her associates call her-- 'Rogue'-- for convenience. This villlain is certainly a ghost, the public nickname fitting her villain behaviour well. She flickers in and out of sight, floats and disappears just like the typical ghost you see in movies.
