We all know about how Darkstalker was defeated . . . but what if Qibli had accepted Darkstalker's gift of animus magic? What if Darkstalker didn't eat the strawberry?

What would happen then?

Edit 1: Almost all the stuff in the book isn't canon, and I've changed some stuff that IS canon in the book to fit with my story. Wings of Fire belongs to Tui, and almost all the characters are hers!)
Edit 2: T-this is definitely going to get rewritten when (if) I finish it.
Edit 3: Comeback's been discontinued. I've dropped a small treat in the last chapter that shows how it ends if you want to check it out but I have no current plans YET to rewrite it.
