From being at a Restaurant, to Being Sick

Mafuyu and Kanade meet up to eat together along with Mizuki and Ena and end up sleeping over at Mafuyu's place while her parents are gone for the weekend. Mizuki and Ena take the extra futon for themselves.
That just leaves Mafuyu and Kanade on her bed.
