Dean Winchester is committed to a psychiatric hospital because he believes monsters are out to get him. He believes that the "yellow-eyed demon" that killed his mother and father will be back for him.

During his stay, he meets Garth, a man with a split personality,
Charlie, a girl with extreme anxiety,
Crowley, a man who claims to see dead people,
And Gabriel who is a nymphomaniac.

But the person who really catches Dean's eye is Castiel Novak, a man who believes that he's an 'angel of the Lord'.
