Jetsream sam was always for dispensing his justice as a child he was trained to kill then after his master was killed by gangsters he traveled around the world hunting down any criminals he finds as the world started to fear him then after taking out a group of gang member's the good of the animeverse Truth summons him to travel through anime's and change the futures now Jetsrema sam travels the animeverse helps those in need while also defeating his enemies.
