It was in the events of the Joint Chunin Exams set up by the Hidden Sand Village and the Hidden Leaf Village, Naruto has decided to participated in the Ninja Special Exams which created by Tsunade Senju the Fifth Hokage as part of the plan for some Genins who were willing to joined the ANBU Black Ops. Now Naruto is focusing on his determination to joined the ANBU Black Ops.
