Sebastian has always been a loner at college, especially after running away from home. He has always tried to look out for himself and only himself. When forced to do a group project, he ends up befriending his group member, Jamie. On one of the afternoons that they plan to get together to do their project, he finds out that his father, a mafia lord who caused so much trauma and terror for Sebastian that he was forced to run away the second he could, has been looking for him, and may have even found him already. Terrified for his life, he turns to his new best friend's older brother, Colin, as he is part of the rival gang. Colin offers him an ultimatum; become his slave under contract and he'll protect Sebastian, or he'll turn Sebastian over to his boss to be dealt with as a warning. If he managed to get out of Colin's clutches, could he deal with his father on his own? Or is he willing to hand his life over to another and suffer the consequences as long as it means he's safe from someone worse?
