Billy's nineteenth birthday was interrupted by his father's selfish drinking fit. Ending up in two elbow-length casts for his birthday, Stu, Randy, and two other friends decided to throw him a party. Randy often had to distract Billy from the surprise. It was nice to have someone that would listen to him. When the party came around, Billy seemed off.
