Phase 1: A Fateful Encounter

World War 3 has started. The world has been in peril because of the Nuclear War between the allied forces of Germany, USA, and Russia against the Neo Japanese Empire. Two scientists were held captive by Japanese enemy soldiers in the bunker-like prison. They were task to produce and develop weapons to end the war, but it took a turn for the worse. A weapon they were developing suddenly exploded in failure that led them to their death. Surprisingly, they're souls were both caught by the goddess, Selcius Isis, and forced the scientists to eternally do her bidding. Soon, they were sent to her world and later built the most advanced country in the universe.
