Author's Note

Clay and Anpiel have been exposed to the public and struggle to find their place. They attempt to maintain their relationship as they heal from their past. After an explosive fight, they decide to separate. Clay struggles to come to terms with her new phase-two abilities while Anpiel copes with living in society for the first time. Both attempt to discover their true selves on their own terms, and hopefully find out if love is stronger than fear and broken promises.
