Maddie and her daughter Luna run back to Maddie's old home town where her estranged husband, Nicolas was a crime king ping. She ran away five years ago and Nicolas doesn't know he has a daughter. He isn't her only problem though, her abusive cop ex-boyfriend is looking her them. He'll stop at nothing to get her back and as if that isn't bad enough, Nicolas' best friend Randy isn't happy to see her come back. They had a deal after all.
