After the fire at the Hale house, Derek and his sister moved to New York. What Derek didn't know... he would meet someone special.

Some drama happens.

A few years later, four to be exact - the girl he lost, turns up in Beacon Hills with a little surprise. One he wasn't sure he ever wanted to begin with or imagined having.
