Leaving the province with a heavy heart, Libulan Ciel finds himself comfortable in a unit on the fourth floor of an apartment residence-well, not until a bad day. His neighbor, Majiko Sidapa, invites his band members over causing a stir in the entire floor. Libulan, choosing the more mature way of solving the problem, confronted his neighbor calmly, however, Sidapa was born to tease. That single encounter one twilight was enough to make them more than neighbors.
