Eyra Targaryen is a very special little girl, she has long white hair like milk, pale skin like snow and red lips like blood; her grandson, Lucerys Velarion, is the same age and has curly brown hair and deep eyes of the same color and shares with the girl a special relationship. The two are united by a legend that has been told since the time of Agon I the conqueror. The two young lovers are forced to face betrayals, pain, deceit, struggles, speculation and dances for the succession to the throne, they will manage to get out unscathed or will find themselves in the midst of a struggle that will eventually kill them.
