according to Webster's Dictionary, Prisoner's Base is a game in which players on each of two teams seek to tag and imprison players of the other team who have ventured out of their home territorry.

But that childish game gave an idea for unknown killers to capture innocents, kill those who block their way and use the game for their own benefits.
