As Evelyn begins to realize that she may never be free in this horrible place and time, she somehow still was surviving. Along with the constant mistreatment of her and her people, Evelyn truly had no choice but to be careful with her words and what she does as she vowed to protect her only remaining family member, Kayushka. Of course, Mary won't let that slide by so fast and let Evelyn think she and her sister will get out alive so easily. But everything was about to turn upside down when she found out she needed to find someone to learn the viennese waltz with.
