Penelope Irwin was constantly moving from different locations due to her fathers job. But the one place she always seems to come back to is Hawkins, Indiana. She never knew why, she absolutely hated the place. She ends up having to spend her last year of high school at Hawkins High. She thought her life couldn't get any worse. That was until a boy showed her a brighter path.
