After Valerie Kepler's parents died when she was 10 she was put into custody of Mr. and Mrs. Curtis, her parents best friends. More than six years later, after getting the call that Mr and Mrs Curtis had died in an auto reck, her life gets turned upside down.
She gets into a fight with her new guardian Darry, and leaves for California. With her height of 5'9, beautiful hair and body, she gets a request to become a model. After making hundreds of dollars, but hating the life she's living, she returns back to Tulsa to see her old friends.

I know this took place in 1960 but I added my own modern twists.( Really just fashion/clothing)
This is my first story btw so please give me advice! Thx!

I might come back to this story and add more after I finish my other stories I am working on.
