Long ago in Japan, around the time when samurai existed . A lone kitsune that lives in the mystical yet dangerous forest as it's keeper, encountered a very VERY peculiar girl.

Since then, the bitter sweet story between the lonely cold-hearted youkai and the lowly and foolish yet kind-hearted human begins.
