Prologue

Caroline is a human "step-princess" ostracised by her kingdom. Raylan is a trained elf assassin desperate to restore his family's honour. Upon their encounter and discovering the egg of the Dragon Prince, they realise they could be the key to bringing their worlds together. Teaming up with Caroline's half-siblings Ezran and Willow and their animal companions, the team set off on a quest to deliver the Dragon Prince to Xadia to restore peace to the world.
