Izuku Rowe (formerly known as Izuku Yagi) was neglected by his parents for being quirkless. He gets bullied every day at school by his classmates and other students. His sister spread nasty rumors and false accusations of him abusing her. Izuku felt furious, after being neglected, bullied and accused.

He decided to take things into his own hands and make them suffer, his mission: Change society and exact vengeance.
