We all know the tale of Thackery Binx; turned into an immortal black cat by the Sanderson sisters on All Hallows Eve 1693, but he wasn't alone all those years. A girl, a friend of his by the name of Charlotte, who bore her own magic, did a spell to bind her spirt to the moral realm so she could stop the Sanderson sisters when they returned.

Three hundred years later a foolish boy names Max Dennison lights the black flame candle reviving the Sanderson sisters. Thackery and Charlotte able to interact with the living world once more are able to help guide Max, his little sister Dani, and a friend of his Allison through the cursed night and hopefully put a stop to the witches once and for all. Maybe then their souls could finally rest.
