Tyler is the friend of Kit Taylor and he is the third dark hero when he uses the onyx advent deck turns him into a armored black dragon claned superhero and runs out being worshipped when he was born to be when he grew up it began to follow him forever....every Night when the time is right and tyler changes into a Kamen Rider and runs out begin fighting evil...and protecting innocent civilians and he sends his criminals to the authorities and the police too. Tyler Klause decided to head to angel grove for him to be safe there.....and it is Angel Grove and he was trying to hide his secret from the evil freaks that want to subdue him. When Tyler met something better on his day and he just saw....a technology and real technology, he met teenagers who are supeheroes that they are the power Rangers in this city and protecting everyone at the evil of lord Zedd. But can they meet this Kamen Rider when the dark flame is inside him....can they trust the black dragon?
