Cat was really looking forward to attending the Single Hearts Party with her childhood best friend Diggory. So when he cancelled on her, she was devastated.

As an apology, Diggory sent her a singing cupid telegram. Thinking that he's finally noticed her, Cat enlists the help of the Cupid to confess her love to him.
