Chapter 1

Abby is a dog walker, a stay-at-home business venture she started after her divorce. Her normal day consists of drinking vodka 24/7 while spying on her neighbors from her bedroom window. A sudden car accident causes her to wake up in the hospital. She received a heart transplant from a detective who was killed the same day. While recovering, visions of her donor's life permeate her thoughts and actions leading her to uncover why she was almost murdered.
