Description
Astraia Spirit lives a quiet life with her adoptive mother. Though she is relatively happy, she constantly feels like she doesn't belong. Soon, the appearance of a new student and frightening images of a crimson-eyed cat drive Astraia over the edge. She fears for her sanity, but is exposed to the truth. She could shine, wiping the demons and trolls, the 'dark creatures', off the face of Avalon, her true home- as the prophecy states. Or she could die, and save the creatures of the darkness, and the one she comes to love. Torn between love and freedom, duty and sacrifice, Astraia is faced with a choice that shakes her very core. She begins to doubt everybody around her, and even herself. But is she really the only one facing such hardships?
