A Come Back

Taking place in the Narrows, after Batman's death, Jason Todd takes himself from retirement to his familiar line of work. Ending his restful years so he can find the man who stole his car, to get back a letter hidden in the car. But what ends up being a simple task getting back ends up being a whole big deal.
