(A retelling of Beauty and the Beast) In a land like ones you know, lived a young royal. When that royal turned 19 a mysterious personage came to their party and cursed them.

That mysterious personage had something planned, though. Something that could break the curse. After all, he wasn't evil.

Rudy had been living in his castle since his family had fallen and the enchanted woods closed in on his home with his only company being a strange bard and a voice in his head.
People did show up every now and then but they were gone faster then they had come. That is until a girl, Syra, showed her face.
Syra was a stubborn one and often Rudy politely asked that she would leave but she refused each time.
Yet night after night she was visited by a ferocious demonic creature in the shape of a man who threatened her and tried to force her to leave.
As Rudy began to wish she would let him alone she began to fall for him. What wasn't to love? Rudy was a gentleman with adorable habits and many talents, a lot more talents then a boy of his age should have.
As time went by, Syra's efforts to make Rudy love her started showing progress and as it developed his secrets slowly began to come undone.
