foe (through the trees)

In the midst of a city full of people with black eyes and shells made of judgement and distrust, one man struggles to keep these feelings at bay. Until he meets a girl. She's got the blondest hair he's ever seen and wears a black leather jacket covered in zippers and straps. And he thinks she's gorgeous. But she's got black eyes and a shell of judgement and distrust. Will he be able to break her shell and keep himself from forming a shell at the same time?

(This has probably been done millions of times, but this story is set in the 'Pompeii' music video universe and features Dan and a girl of my creation, Vivienne.)
