As a child you were found by the chasseur's and trained under Roland to become one yourself. Not long after, another boy came by the name of Astolfo. The chasseur's had saved him too...

"Hey Astolfo! We'll always be friends right?"

"Of course!

The two of you had quickly become best friends and always went with eachother on missions. However, you went alone on one mission while Astolfo was healing from a wound on a previous mission. When you least expected it, fangs pricked your neck. Before you knew it...you were never the same.
