The summer after their last year of school,

When Lane Miller moves back to the Outer Banks for good, she meets back up with her best friends. But little does she know that one of her best friend,
Rafe Cameron, looks totally different from the last time she's seen him which was in 5th grade.

This summer will be filled with memories, hangouts, parties, new friends, and most importantly, love.

•The Pogues and Kooks will still hate each other, but it's not as bad as in the Outerbanks Series. There will be no murder taking place either.
