Character Description

After his parents died in a boating accident, a young boy with magical powers finds himself through a magical portal into a world in the 1930s like his own, but with animals in the place of people. When he's taken in by a kind and fun loving pilot named Baloo, he doesn't know what exciting adventures he'll go on, or the fact he'll fall hard for a certain cloudsurfing navigator.
