It has been weird lately, to everyone's shock issei became a literal child... Is this a joke? or a plot line later down the line.

Being a child wouldn't let him arouse nor let us stress with his girls unfortunately for him.... he is due to lose one of them, but will he really lose someone? or is he gonna lose himself?
