Kurt, being so desperate after losing his better half, had gone into hallucinations wherein he sees his deceased girlfriend, Sophie. These hallucinations of his had saved him from death, and he believed that these were a sign given by her girl, to remind him that love is irrevocable, even by the death of someone we value the most.
