Description
In the aftermath of protests in Leta, a group of wealthy and powerful individuals take over, establishing a tyrannical regime. Evelyn and her friends, as well as all the citizens, are detained to get disciplined by the soldiers. Evelyn is forced to marry an older man, who turns her life into its worst version possible. With her friends, Evelyn forms a tight-knit group, determined to resist the regime and regain their freedom. Emotions run high, with fear, anger, and sorrow threatening to overwhelm them. They encounter unexpected allies and face betrayal from within. Despite harsh conditions, they devise daring plans to expose the regime's atrocities and rally the citizens to rise up. Evelyn develops a bond with her friend Elijah amidst the chaos.
